Catherine Mary O'Donnell

Welcome!

I’m a 4th year PhD candidate in Economics at Boston University. My research interests are in political economy, labor, public finance and economic history. Much of my work focuses on fiscal policy, and it's impacts on migration, economic mobility and spatial inequalities.

Prior to the PhD, I worked as a Research Associate at the Philadelphia Federal Reserve. As a PhD student, I've worked as an intern at the Massachusetts State Treasury. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2018 with BA in Economics.
